Mid of September a high-ranking Chinese delegation from the Dalian High-Tech Zone (DHTZ) visited the Siemens Industrial Park on their promotional Germany tour. On this occasion they presented the opportunities offered by DHTZ to representatives from Siemens Karlsruhe, Bruker and cjt. During their visit the team led by the chief director of DHTZ, Mr. Jin Guowei, was able to get a look behind the scenes in our MF-K as a reference factory for “smart manufacturing”, and were confirmed in their confidence in Siemens Industry Automation and Process Instrumentation.
End of September a delegation from the Nanjing High-Tech Zone led by Director Yi Feng Min visited the Siemens Industrial Park. They were accompanied by Siemens Process Instrumentation’s strongest partner for magneticinductive magmeters Sitrans F M MAG 8000 in China, Mr. Gan Zhang,General Manager and CEO of Nanjing Huiran Technology Development Co. Ltd.
During this visit, Mr. Gan Zhang was awarded by Dr. Jürgen Spitzer, Head of Process Instrumentation, as “Best Performing MAG 8000 Distributor” in 2015.
Nanjing Huiran will open a new factory location including flow test rig end of 2015 with the target to further grow our MAG 8000 business in China.
Both delegations were on a mission to present their industrial parks as further investment opportunities for Siemens as trusted and powerful partner for their innovative and strong companies which are located in Dalian and in Nanjing. The strong capabilities and state-of-the-art facilities of Siemens Industrial Park had left both delegations with very good impressions and an even deeper trust into Siemens as a leading automation and instrumentation supplier.
